We aim to achieve 100% quality and satisfaction every time you shop with us, so in the unlikely event that something goes wrong here’s what we’ll do to rectify it.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your goods damaged, we will replace them for you. We ask that you contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement.

We will also arrange with you the return of the damaged product/s to us. We must receive this in its original packaging.

Not satisfied with the product

If you are not completely satisfied with the product/s please contact us promptly. We will ask you to return it to us in its original packaging so we can fully understand the nature of your complaint.

Missing Products or Incorrect Quantities

If the delivery is of an incorrect quantity or you did not receive the product/s ordered please contact us.

Please note: we accept no responsibility if the missing product/s has not been delivered as a result of you providing us with an incorrect address. We will always send to the delivery address given by you when you place an order with us.

Returning Goods

If you are returning an item to us because you are not 100% satisfied or it’s faulty please contact us and we will be happy to help. All products being returned must be sent back to us in its original packaging.

As our products are classed as fresh food produce we do not accept returns due to a change of mind; only if the goods are received in an unsatisfactory condition.
